About Course

Our Undergraduate Degree Program is designed to provide an accelerated, focused academic experience while maintaining intellectual rigor and measurable academic standards.

Each academic year consists of:

* **Two (2) Semesters**
* **18 Weeks Per Semester**
* **21 Academic Credits Per Semester**

Upon successful completion of four 18-week semesters (120 total credits), students qualify for conferral of an Undergraduate Degree in their selected program of study.

Course Content

Tribal Notary August 2,9,16,26
Students learn t to uphold the sanctity of records and legal processes critical to tribal self-governing. This course provides a solid foundation in the principles of notarial act (s, encompassing both private and public transactions. You will learn the importance of the registry system, and lawful accountability. As stewards of lawful documentation, Tribal Notaries play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable autochthons from unscrupulous and deceptive practices. Students develop a deep inner’s standing of the “legal/lawful” frameworks, and ethical responsibilities associated with notarial acts. Credit Hours: 6

The Business of the Courts August 30, September 6 & 13
This course educates students on constitutional principles, government bonding systems, and lawful remedies available when rights are violated by public officials. Students learn how public offices are bonded, how claims may be filed for misconduct or negligence, and how constitutional protections apply in real-world encounters with police and government agencies. Special focus is placed on understanding administrative remedies, including the Standard Form 95 (SF-95) claim process under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), and how lawful notice and documentation operate before court action. Credit Hours:4

Research & Writing September 20 & 27
This course equips adult learners with the skills to research, analyze, and write with authority and purpose. Emphasizing applied research, ethical sourcing, and clear communication, students learn to transform lived experience, ancestral knowledge, and empirical evidence into credible written work that informs policy, education, spiritual leadership, commerce, and community development. Learners will develop disciplined research habits, evaluate sources critically, and produce structured writing that advances understanding, supports decision-making, and contributes to collective knowledge. The course prioritizes clarity, integrity, and real-world usefulness over academic jargon. Credit Hours: 3

Crisis Management Chaplains October 4, 11, & 18
This program focuses on the spiritual an ethical leadership necessary for guiding tribal communities. Students will be trained in counselling, mentoring, and preserving cultural traditions while fostering accountability and transparency through the Court Watchers Program. By the end of the course, learners will be prepared to inspire and support their communities with a strong foundation in spiritual practices and ethical grievances. Credit Hours:6

Tribal Vital Harmony & Continuity November 9, 16, & 23
This course guides students through holistic healing practices that restore balance within the mind, body, spirit, and community. Drawing from ancestral traditions, energy sciences, and trauma-informed wellness methods, students learn how emotional, spiritual, and physical health are interconnected. Students will study chakra systems and energetic etiquette, tools for self-mastery such as cardology and astrology, and methods of emotional alchemy that transform trauma into wisdom and strength. The course also emphasizes community-based healthcare models, empowering students to serve not only themselves but families and neighborhoods through preventative wellness practices and mutual care systems. Life Management Mothership November 30
This course trains students in holistic life management through the “Mothership Model,” a framework that integrates personal purpose, humanitarian responsibility, community unity, and global consciousness. Students learn to align individual goals with service to family, tribe, nation, Earth, and universal creation. The curriculum emphasizes purpose-driven planning, ethical wealth circulation (“Humanitarian Gold”), and layered bonding systems that strengthen social, cultural, and planetary stability. Students are taught that success is not individual accumulation, but collective elevation across expanding circles of responsibility. This course prepares students to become ethical leaders, peace builders, and ambassadors of unity capable of operating across cultures, nations, and belief systems. Credit Hours:1

Court Watchers- CW112 Online Independent Study
This course is designed to teach the novice, individual, parent, friend or student the “art of observation” in court proceedings. A Court Watchers draws on the international human rights practice of trial monitoring to identify, bring visibility to and end systemic human oppression.

Individual Ancestral Genealogical Conservation- HG005 Independent Study
