Tribal Notary- TW201

Students will learn the importance of the registry system,
and lawful accountability. As stewards of lawful documentation, Tribal
Notaries play a crucial role in safeguarding vulnerable autochthons from
unscrupulous and deceptive practices. Students develop a deep inner’s
standing of the “legal/lawful” frameworks, and ethical responsibilities
associated with notarial acts.
